Data Button Selections (Portable)

Selects the radio-wide programmable-button functionality for Packet Data Capable Conventional and / or Trunking communications channels.

	A long keypress of the Data button jumps the radio-user directly to the CPS-defined Quick Text Message entries of the Text Messaging Service mode (seen within the radio’s display).
	The portable must have a dual-display and keypad to support this feature.

Button Selections:	This selection is only valid in the CPS, and/or available to the RADIO-USER:
Blank	(Intended for functions that are not in use.)
Third Party	When selected, always available to the radio-user, and therefore not dependent on any CPS feature or selection.
TMS (Text Messaging Service) Long Keypress vs Short Keypress	When the Conventional System, Text Messaging Service field is set to "List Only" or "Unlimited", and when that System's Data Profile Selection is not set to "Data Disabled" for the radio's current channel. When the Trunking System, Text Messaging Service field is "List Only" or "Unlimited", and when that System's Data Profile Selection is not set to "Data Disabled" for the radio's current channel.
